Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹34,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice and digital channels.
- Engage in telecalling activities to generate leads and drive banking product sales.
- Recommend suitable products and services through consultative tele sales conversations.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients from Bagaha and nearby regions.
- Work with internal teams to fulfill service requests and resolve client issues.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with fluency in Hindi and/or English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
- Previous telecalling or banking experience is a plus.
- Background in tele sales will be advantageous.
- Age: 21 to 32 years preferred.
